How does annual billing work?

Core is $790 USD, Operations is $1,490 USD and Command is $3,500 USD per location/year, charged annually. Pay for 10 months and receive 12 months. Monthly billing is $79, $149 or $350 USD per location/month respectively.

What happens after the founding pilot?

We review your 30 days together. If you choose to continue, the Relay Operations base subscription is $49 USD per location/month, held while continuously active. There is no automatic conversion; continuation is agreed in writing. The exclusions and cohort conditions are set out above.

Does requesting a demo buy a subscription?

No. Request a demonstration, review the product and your setup with us, agree the offer, then arrange onboarding. The form starts a conversation; it does not purchase a subscription or book a confirmed appointment.

What about our current software?

Keep what works. We identify supported connections and scope additional integration work for your restaurant. Integration availability, scope and pricing are confirmed before setup.
